Do I already need to know how to trade?

For a trainer, yes — mandatory, with a live account and a track record. For client support it helps a great deal, but we can teach someone who picks up the technical side quickly. For marketing it is not an entry condition, but the interest has to be there. Someone who does not follow the field does not last here.

Is remote work possible?

Client support and marketing work from the office. Courses are also held online, so collaborating trainers can work from anywhere.

Will you ask me to bring in clients?

No. We have no roles built on bringing clients from your personal network, and we do not work with schemes of that kind. Clients come through content, courses and the recommendations of satisfied ones.

Can I teach my own method?

Yes, if you use it yourself and if it stands up to review. It goes through a discussion with the team, a review of the material and a trial lesson. The communication rules stay ours: no signals, no promises, with the risk explained.

I have a partnership proposal. Who do I write to?

The form on this page, with the “Collaboration” option, or directly at office@trading.md. Say from the start who you are, what you are proposing and what regulation your company holds. Proposals without those three do not reach assessment.

Careers and partnership

Q: What happens to my CV if I am not hired?

We keep it for twelve months and contact you if something suitable opens up. One month before it expires we write and ask whether you want to stay on file for another year. If you do not reply, the data is deleted automatically. You can ask for deletion earlier too, at legal@trading.md.

We are a small team in a large field where mistakes cost real money. So we hire rarely and carefully, and we choose partnerships by the same criteria we choose our partners: a clear legal framework, and people who understand the market from practice rather than from theory.

The starting point

Traders first, employees second

The people on the team trade and invest themselves, not just talk about it at work. That is where our way of working with clients comes from: we know from our own experience what a beginner does not understand, and what blocks someone who has already been on the market for a few years.

Education and certification

A university degree counts in the selection, an economics one all the more. Field certifications are a clear advantage over any candidate without them. And the one that matters most in the Republic of Moldova, we support you in obtaining, after hiring.

Practice, not only theory

We are not looking for people who have read about the markets. We are looking for people who have had a live account, lost money, made a profit and understood why. Experience explained correctly is worth more than a long CV.

A strict legal framework

We work exclusively with regulated brokers and within the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Anyone who joins us has to accept that some things are mandatory and others are simply not done.

We are looking for people who are ill with this field, in the good sense of the word. People for whom the markets are not only a source of income but a subject they follow anyway, in their own time. And people who want to grow not only as specialists but to raise the level of financial education in the Republic of Moldova. There is room here for both at once.

Customer Support Specialist

You help clients discover what the financial markets offer and, when needed, open an account, install the platform and solve the technical issues that can come up along the way.

Higher education. Economics or finance is an advantage.
Working-level Romanian, Russian and English — clients write in all three.

Knowledge of the financial markets — not mandatory, but it counts for a lot.
Correct writing in Romanian and Russian. Published texts represent the company.
Willingness to work with real legal restrictions — in finance you cannot promise profit, you cannot use other people's results as an argument, and every claim must stand up to verification.
Data-driven work: if a campaign cannot be measured, it does not run.

Which collaborations we accept

We receive proposals regularly. We answer the ones that fall into one of the categories below and meet the criteria set out further down.

Independent trainers and mentors

You teach a method you use yourself, on a live account. The collaboration runs on a contract, the materials go through our review, and the course is held to our standard: no signals, no promises of results, with risk control explained in every lesson.

Authors and analysts

You write about markets, instruments or the local Moldovan market. We publish under your name, with a real biography. Every figure in the text must have a source, and texts recommending one particular instrument are not published.

Institutions, press, academia

Joint events, financial-education material, comments for the press, presentations in universities and high schools. We organised Moldova's first conferences with regulated international brokers, in 2019, and we remain open to formats of that kind.

Brokerage companies and banks

Partnership proposals are assessed against a fixed set of criteria, the first of which is regulation. Our partner list is public, and it shows what kind of company passes the filter.

What we look at, in people and in proposals

What counts

The legal framework. Any collaboration has to fit within the laws of the Republic of Moldova and within our regulated partners' rules.
Personal practice. Whoever teaches or writes about the markets must have worked on them.
Verifiability. Statements in the material must have a source. What cannot be verified is not published.
Accountability to the client. The person in front of the client answers for what they say, under their own name.
Continuity. We prefer long-term collaborations. A course taught once helps nobody.

What is not up for discussion

Selling trading signals, in any form.
Managing other people's money — that is a licensed activity, and we neither hold the licence nor do the work.
Promises of profit, projected returns, or presenting a method as safe.
Collaborations with firms whose regulation cannot be verified.

How we work

The terms, written openly

CNPF certification supported

We support obtaining the qualification certificate issued by the National Commission for Financial Markets, carrying the right to work in the capital market. The certificate is issued to the person, not the company — it stays yours, wherever you work next.

An office in the centre

26 Pușkin Street, second floor. A few steps from City Hall and the Government building. Easy to reach from anywhere in the city, by any transport.

Hours

Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18, with a flexible lunch break. The markets work at night too; the team does not.

Pay

The salary is discussed individually, according to the role and the experience, and written into the contract.

Access to material and to partners

All the courses, the internal material and the partner data sheets. You work directly with account managers at regulated international companies. Whoever works here learns the field in depth, whatever their role.

A small team

There are few of us. That means your work is visible and there are not many approval layers above you. It also means there is nowhere to hide.
