Encrypted connection
The connection is encrypted and runs through Trading.md's own server.
Help right on your screen
The consultant sees your screen, controls the mouse and keyboard, and can transfer files.
Only at your invitation
The app only receives connections: it shows an ID and a one-time password, which you give to the consultant yourself.
Windows
Windows 10 and 11
The 32-bit build is for older systems. Tested on Windows 7 (32-bit).
Windows will show a warning
The files are not signed with a publisher certificate, so SmartScreen stops the first launch with “Windows protected your PC” and lists the publisher as unknown. To continue:
- Click “More info”.
- Click “Run anyway”.
Verify the downloaded file (SHA-256)
Compare the file's SHA-256 checksum with the value below. On Windows: certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256

Not sure which Mac you have? Apple menu → “About This Mac”: a “Chip” line (Apple M…) means Apple Silicon; a “Processor” line (Intel) means Intel.
macOS will block the first launch
The app is not notarized by Apple, so Gatekeeper blocks it the first time you open it. To start it:
- Open the .dmg file and drag TradingMD Remote into the “Applications” folder.
- Launch the app. A warning appears — close it.
- Open System Settings → “Privacy & Security”, scroll down and click “Open Anyway”.
- In the same place, allow the app access to “Screen & System Audio Recording” and “Accessibility”. Without the first the consultant sees a black screen; without the second they cannot control the mouse and keyboard.
On macOS 12 and earlier, the “Open Anyway” button is in System Preferences → “Security & Privacy” → “General”.
