Monetary-policy decisions (NBM)
The Executive Board of the National Bank of Moldova sets the base rate about eight times a year at meetings announced in advance. The base rate drives lending and deposit rates and, indirectly, government-bond yields.

The National Bureau of Statistics publishes a dissemination calendar with the exact dates of its releases. Below are the market-relevant ones: consumer prices (inflation), foreign trade and industrial production.

Government securities (VMS) — auctions and subscriptions
The state borrows through government securities. On the primary market, auctions follow the quarterly calendar of the Ministry of Finance and the NBM. eVMS subscription is open permanently; the Ministry of Finance sets the rates by communiqué, for successive periods.

Primary-market auctions are usually held in weeks 1 and 3 of the month, per the quarterly calendar.
Fiscal calendar (State Tax Service)
The month's filing and payment deadlines for taxpayers, pulled automatically from the taxpayer calendar published by Monitorul Fiscal FISC.md. For each obligation you see whether a return is filed, a payment is made, or both. Form names appear as published, in Romanian.
