FANG+ - a new stock index from XTB

the brokerage company XTB is adding a new stock index - FANG+ to its offering, made up of shares in the 10 largest technology companies worldwide.

The companies included in the FANG index, including Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and Google, account for 90% of the growth recorded by the S&P500 index since the beginning of 2015. The total capitalization of the companies also known as ‘The Big Four’ in this index increased by $630 billion, while the other companies that complete the US benchmark index recorded total capitalization growth of $45 billion. It is clear that the advance of the S&P500 in recent years has been based on the performance of the companies that make up the FANG+ index.

Given the points mentioned above, XTB announces the introduction of a new CFD whose underlying asset is the NYSE FANG+ index, based on a forward contract listed on the ICE exchange. From the very first day of launch, XTB clients can open both buy and sell positions from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm Moldova time, Monday through Friday.

All 10 major companies in the global technology sector included in the FANG+ index are:
